Friday the 13th Breaks Horror Film Box Office Record
$42 million on their opening weekend makes the 11th installment in the Friday the 13th franchise the top horror film box office opening weekend star of all time.

These look really cool. The new Friday the 13th 7-inc Jason is WAY over the top cool.

Resident Evil: Degeneration Clip
This animated zombie film will be released on DVD and Blue-ray on December 30th, and the link above contains the first eight minutes of Resident Evil: Degeneration. With the undead running rampant in a crowded airport, this flick falls somewhere between Resident Evil: Apocalypse and Resident Evil: Extinction.

Left 4 Dead Video Game Review
Left 4 Dead is a first-person-shooter horror video game. Arriving for the PC and Xbox 360 on November 18th,Left 4 Dead allows players to pick from four different characters. These include a former Green Beret, a tattooed biker, a computer saavy businessman and a college girl with a knowledge of zombie movies.

More Twilight Films on the Horizon?
Twilight, the first film adaptation of the Stephenie Meyer’s vampire series, is scheduled for a nationwide release on November 21st. Fans of the Twilight series can also expect more big-screen thrills from Bella and Edward in the future. Currently, scripts are being written for both New Moon and Eclipse (the 2nd and 3rd books in the vampire series).
Zombie World Record is Broken
On Halloween, the Guinness World Record for most zombies in one location was broken in Nottingham, England. They danced like zombies from the “Thriller” video and conjured up images from films like Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead and Night of the Living Dead.
Forster to Direct World War Z
World War Z, the best-selling zombie apocalypse novel by Max Brooks, has now found a director for the big screen. We carry paperback, hardcover, and audio versions of World War Z at Eerie Books.

Bag of Bones Ten Year Anniversary Edition
This is one of the best-written news articles I've ever read, and it consists mostly of the writer talking about how much he loved Bag of Bones and why. It's hard to believe that it's been ten years since this novel came out, in fact. The author has read the book 9 times!
Stephen King #3 Top Earning Author
I was telling my wife yesterday that I sold a copy of Salems Lot for $1.08 yesterday, and I reflected on what a tremendous value that was for the customer. It will probably take a good 12 hours, maybe longer, to read the entire book. Where else can you find entertainment like 12 cents per hour.
